Portal terms & privacy

Your trader profile.

The portal is where you create your Crest profile, buy evaluations and follow your accounts. You must be at least 18 to use it. Evaluation purchases are also governed by the program terms, refund policy and risk disclosure published on crestfutures.com.

Information we store.

We store your name, email, a derived password hash, preferred language, registration date, acceptance of these terms, the address you give at checkout and the activity of your evaluation accounts. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Your address is sent to the trading platform when your account is opened. Connection addresses are used to limit abusive attempts; the limiting key is stored as an expiring cryptographic digest. Our server and Cloudflare may also retain access logs.

Cookies and retention.

Essential cookies support your session and form protection. You stay signed in for up to a year unless you sign out. Your language preference lasts up to one year. Profiles are retained while the account remains open; operational backups may retain earlier versions. This information is not used for advertising.

Email and security.

We email you to verify your address and to reset your password. Keep your password in a secure password manager and do not share access. Email verification and eligibility checks may be required before an account is activated or a reward is paid.
