How purchases work
Evaluations are a one-time fee paid in the trader portal. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Cancellation policy
The program uses one-time evaluation purchases with no automatic renewal. Evaluation access expires 30 consecutive calendar days after activation, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Refunds
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once the account has been issued and access has been provided. Choosing not to use the account does not make the fee refundable. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or a remedy for a verified service fault.
Resets, renewals and errors
Eligible evaluation accounts can be reset for $59, Funded and Direct Funded accounts for $120 to $650 depending on size, and an evaluation that reaches the end of its 30 days can be renewed with a separate payment. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be documented for billing review. Do not send payment details through this website.
Mandatory rights
For cancellation or billing questions, use the live chat on this website or contact us from the trader portal. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded take precedence over commercial policy wording.
