A fixed floor. No trailing calculation.

Account equity must remain strictly above the starting balance minus the maximum loss allowance at all times. Equity includes realized profit or loss and open-position profit or loss. Touching the floor is a breach, even if the account later recovers.

100K example

The equity floor is $97,000. If the balance rises to $104,000, the floor stays at $97,000. If open losses later bring equity to $97,000, the evaluation breaches. The headline account balance is simulated; it is not money available for withdrawal.

Hold positions within your account rules.

Swing trading and holding positions are allowed, subject to the position-holding rules for your account type, instrument and platform. Each instrument trades within its own exchange session in America/Chicago time, and earlier exchange holiday closures apply.

There is no minimum number of trading days, so you can pass from day 1, and no evaluation daily-profit minimum. Evaluation access lasts 30 consecutive calendar days after activation.

Count total exposure across instruments.

The limits are 10, 15, 20, 25 and 35 mini contracts (100, 150, 200, 250 and 350 micros) for 25K, 50K, 100K, 150K and 500K respectively. Each micro counts as one tenth of a standard contract. Gross exposure across all open positions counts toward the limit; opposing positions do not cancel each other for this calculation.

Example: two standard contracts plus ten micros equal three standard equivalents. On a 50K account, that leaves room for 12 more.

Trade your own decisions.

News trading is allowed: you may open, hold or close positions during economic announcements, within the account risk limits. News volatility does not excuse a loss-limit breach. Copy trading between your own accounts with supported trade-copying tools is allowed. Copying another trader, account sharing, unauthorized third-party management and coordinated trading between unrelated users are not.

Exploiting stale quotes, unrealistic simulator fills, latency, or other platform errors is prohibited. A trading error or suspected feed issue should be documented with the instrument, order identifier, session time, and a description for review.

What happens if a limit is breached?

A loss-floor or prohibited-conduct breach ends the evaluation under the terms. Orders above the contract limit are rejected automatically and do not count as a violation. Eligible evaluation accounts can be reset for $59, and Funded and Direct Funded accounts for $120 to $650 depending on size. A reset restarts the account according to the program conditions.

An evaluation also ends at expiry. There is no automatic renewal: to continue after 30 days, renew the account with a separate payment. Once you pass, you request your funded account from your dashboard, and payouts are made from that account.
