About these Terms
Effective date: September 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, platforms, and services offered by Crest Futures, including evaluation accounts, Direct Funded accounts, simulated trading environments, website services, account dashboards, promotions, payouts, and related infrastructure.
By creating an account, making a purchase, accessing a trading platform, or using any Crest Futures service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Trading Rules, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Notice, and any program-specific agreement presented during enrollment.
1. Nature of the Crest Futures Program
Crest Futures operates proprietary trading evaluation and simulated trading programs designed to identify and assess trading talent.
- Simulated environment: Unless Crest Futures expressly confirms otherwise in writing, all evaluation and funded-stage accounts operate entirely within a simulated trading environment.
- No financial accounts: Crest Futures is not a brokerage, custodian, bank, or investment manager. We do not offer live brokerage accounts, deposit services, or investment management.
- Hypothetical balances: Account balances displayed in simulated accounts represent virtual tracking values, not actual cash deposits or customer funds.
- Reward eligibility: Simulated profits carry no intrinsic cash value and only serve as performance metrics to determine eligibility for rewards or payouts under applicable program rules.
- No automatic entitlement: Successfully passing an evaluation or maintaining a simulated balance does not create an unconditional right to live capital allocation, employment, partnership, or guaranteed payouts.
2. Eligibility
To register for and use Crest Futures services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information using your legal identity.
- Trade only accounts registered directly under your name.
- Complete identity and compliance verification when requested.
- Reside in a supported region that is not subject to applicable trade sanctions, payment restrictions, or market-data exclusions.
- Fully comply with all program terms and trading parameters.
Crest Futures reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate access for any user who fails to meet these criteria. We may request proof of identity, address verification, payment documentation, or source-of-funds information at any time to satisfy fraud prevention, regulatory, or operational review requirements.
3. Account Ownership and Security
All accounts are personal, non-transferable, and tied exclusively to the registered user.
- Prohibited actions: You may not sell, lease, assign, or transfer your account; share login credentials; permit third parties to trade on your behalf; or operate accounts for other individuals. Circumventing account limits or misrepresenting identity details will result in immediate termination.
- Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and device access. Any activity executed through your account is deemed authorized by you unless a security review proves otherwise.
- Copy trading: Copy trading between multiple accounts owned and verified by the same individual trader is permitted where explicitly allowed by program rules. Copying trades between unrelated accounts, participating in coordinated group trading, or engaging in third-party account management is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
4. Evaluation Accounts
Evaluation accounts test a trader’s discipline and risk strategy under specific simulated market conditions. To successfully complete an evaluation, you must meet defined targets while adhering strictly to risk parameters.
Common program requirements include:
- Hitting designated profit targets.
- Maintaining risk within defined static drawdown boundaries.
- Remaining within maximum position and contract limits.
- Adhering to trading behavior guidelines and passing a final compliance review.
Where indicated on the active pricing page, evaluation accounts may carry no minimum trading-day requirement.
Meeting numerical targets alone does not guarantee account advancement; Crest Futures conducts a manual review on completed evaluations to ensure compliance with risk policies and verify that no prohibited trading tactics were used.
5. Direct Funded Accounts
Direct Funded accounts allow qualified traders to enter a simulated funded environment without completing an initial evaluation process.
- Simulated status: Direct Funded accounts operate in a simulated environment unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Operating rules: These accounts remain subject to risk controls, including static drawdown thresholds, position limits, consistency guidelines, minimum trading day criteria, buffer targets, and compliance reviews.
- No guaranteed returns: Purchasing a Direct Funded account does not guarantee payouts or transition to a live-capital trading account.
6. Standard Account Prices and Promotional Terms
The standard list prices for Crest Futures Evaluation programs are structured as follows:
| Account size | Standard list price |
|---|---|
| 25K Evaluation | $129 |
| 50K Evaluation | $219 |
| 100K Evaluation | $349 |
| 150K Evaluation | $449 |
| 500K Evaluation | $899 |
- Dynamically applied pricing: Standard list prices represent base rates. The actual price charged at purchase may vary based on active promotional discounts, coupon codes, promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, affiliate link pricing, or multi-account deals.
- Governing rate: The final amount displayed at checkout immediately prior to payment confirmation is the binding purchase price for that transaction.
- Promotional changes: Promotional rates may start, change, or expire without altering base list pricing. Discounts applied to past orders do not create an entitlement to retroactive refunds or identical pricing on future purchases.
- Direct Funded pricing: List prices for Direct Funded programs are published on the enrollment page and are similarly subject to temporary promotional adjustments. All fees are processed in USD unless specified otherwise.
7. Multi-Account Promotions and Bonus Structure
From time to time, Crest Futures may run promotional bundles (for example, “buy one, receive additional evaluation accounts free”). Where active, promotional terms govern the offer alongside the following base conditions:
- Promotional or complimentary accounts hold zero cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Free or bonus accounts remain fully subject to standard program limits, trading rules, and verification requirements.
- Qualifying items must be purchased in a single checkout transaction where required by the promotion.
- Any chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request tied to a qualifying order immediately voids all associated promotional accounts and rewards.
8. Fees, Activation, and Renewals
All mandatory fees are fully disclosed during the checkout process before payment execution.
- No subscription surprises: One-time purchase accounts will never be converted into recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated and separately authorized during checkout.
- Activation fees: Standard evaluation accounts carry no additional account setup or activation fee unless clearly noted on the pricing matrix.
- Optional and variable fees: Optional add-ons, account resets, program renewals, advanced platform integrations, or specialized market-data connections may incur separate disclosed fees.
9. Expiration, Renewals, and Resets
Evaluation accounts may feature defined timeframes for completion (such as a standard 30-day active window).
If an account expires prior to target completion, you may choose to reset or renew the account according to available account options. Resetting an account clears trading metrics but does not extinguish outstanding payment obligations, override past terms, or erase rule violations resulting from platform misuse or fraud.
10. Trading Rules and Account Constraints
Participants must adhere strictly to the specific trading parameters assigned to their chosen program. These parameters may govern static drawdowns, maximum position sizing, contract limits, and consistency rules.
As stated on our evaluation program pages, select evaluation plans feature:
- Static loss limits (no trailing or end-of-day drawdowns).
- No standard daily loss limit.
- No minimum trading day requirements.
- No consistency rules.
Rules governing Direct Funded or live-funded stages may differ from evaluation rules. The parameters displayed on the product page at the time of purchase define the contractual parameters for that specific account.
11. System-Enforced Order Limits
To protect trader accounts and platform stability, trading platforms may use automated risk filters that reject orders exceeding maximum permitted contract sizes. An automatically rejected order does not by itself constitute a breach of terms, but traders remain fully responsible for managing order flow within designated position limits.
12. Permitted Trading Strategies
Unless explicitly prohibited under a specific program tier, Crest Futures permits a broad range of trading styles, including:
- Short-duration trading and scalping.
- News event trading.
- Swing trading.
- Trading without mandatory stop-loss orders.
- Inter-account copy trading between accounts registered to the same verified individual.
- Standard usage of personal Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
Allowance of a trading style does not waive underlying risk requirements, including drawdown limits, position controls, or compliance rules.
13. Prohibited Conduct and Exploitation
Maintaining market integrity is paramount. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of fees, and cancellation of any pending payouts:
- Latency arbitrage, price feed manipulation, or trading on stale or incorrect data.
- Exploiting platform bugs, execution errors, or technical glitches.
- Using unauthorized, automated bots designed to manipulate simulated execution or bypass system rules.
- Account sharing, third-party management, or coordinated trading rings among unrelated users.
- Structuring trades solely to exploit operational differences between simulated and live environments.
- Fraudulent payment activity, false identity submissions, or abusive chargeback filings.
14. IP Usage, VPNs, and Network Security
Traders are welcome to use standard VPNs, VPS setups, mobile networks, and changing locations during travel.
However, unusual IP patterns that indicate account sharing, unauthorized third-party access, location masking to bypass geographical restrictions, or multiple users operating one account will trigger a security hold. Additional verification may be required before account access or payout processing resumes.
15. Platforms and Data Infrastructure
Crest Futures provides access through third-party platform providers and market data feeds. Platform availability depends on user location, chosen feed provider, and technical compatibility.
- Provider restrictions: If you select a specific data provider (such as WealthCharts) at enrollment, your account may be restricted from transitioning to alternative infrastructure (such as Rithmic) if stated in the program terms.
Crest Futures works with tier-one providers but does not guarantee uninterrupted system availability or zero latency across external networks and market feeds.
16. Nature of Simulated Balances
Simulated account balances are virtual trackable metrics used solely to evaluate performance. They are not bank deposits, custodial funds, brokerage balances, or withdrawable cash assets.
Accumulated virtual profits become relevant for actual monetary payouts only when all evaluation milestones are verified and a payout request is formally approved under program rules.
17. Payout Eligibility and Verification
Simulated profits alone do not create an automatic right to cash distributions. To receive a payout, you must fulfill all eligibility criteria, which may include:
- Reaching minimum trading day thresholds (where applicable).
- Meeting profit consistency parameters and buffer minimums.
- Passing full identity, payment, and security background reviews.
- Maintaining account rules through the entire review window.
Crest Futures reserves the right to reject, adjust, or delay payout requests that fail compliance reviews or breach platform rules.
18. Payout Methods
Payout options depend on regional availability and third-party processor support. Where cryptocurrency processing is supported, participants are entirely responsible for providing accurate, compatible wallet addresses and selecting correct network protocols. Crest Futures is not liable for lost funds resulting from inaccurate addresses or network mismatches provided by the user.
19. Profit Split Structure
Where advertised on our evaluation terms, eligible traders receive 100% of the first $20,000 in approved payouts from each account and 95% thereafter. This structure remains subject to account review, adherence to risk rules, and payout eligibility requirements.
20. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our formal Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Because digital services and account credentials are provided immediately upon purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once account login information or platform access has been generated. Failing an evaluation, breaching risk parameters, or opting not to trade an active account does not entitle a user to a refund. Duplicate charges resulting from system errors will be promptly investigated and corrected.
21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a billing issue, you agree to contact Crest Futures Support to resolve the matter before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending payouts or promotional credits. Crest Futures reserves all legal remedies to recover funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.
22. Compliance Reviews
Crest Futures periodically audits trading accounts to confirm rule compliance, prevent fraud, verify identity details, and evaluate payout requests. During an active review, account functions or payout processing may be temporarily paused. A routine review does not imply that a violation has occurred.
23. Suspension and Termination
Crest Futures reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke account access if a trader violates these Terms, breaches risk parameters, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses abusive practices. Where appropriate, traders may be invited to submit information during an investigation prior to a final account decision.
24. Live Capital Progression
At our discretion, consistently profitable traders who demonstrate strong risk controls may be evaluated for live capital deployment or custom funding arrangements.
Progression to a live trading environment is purely discretionary. Purchasing a simulated account, passing an evaluation, or receiving simulated payouts does not guarantee access to live company capital. Live funded arrangements require a separate formal agreement.
25. Technology and Market Risk Limits
Trading platforms, data connections, and web infrastructure are subject to potential disruption, latency, or scheduled maintenance. Crest Futures is not responsible for losses or missed trading opportunities resulting from third-party outages, internet connectivity failures, or market volatility.
If a technical error verified to originate directly within Crest-controlled servers impacts performance, Crest Futures may review the account to determine appropriate adjustments. Technical disruptions do not automatically create rights to cash compensation or account resets.
26. Market Risk Disclosure
Futures trading carries substantial financial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Rapid market movement, slippage, price gaps, and sudden liquidity shifts can lead to rapid capital loss. Crest Futures makes no guarantees regarding performance, strategy profitability, or likelihood of passing evaluations.
27. No Financial or Investment Advice
Crest Futures is an evaluation and educational technology platform. Content provided across our website, dashboard, or customer communications does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trade activity is managed independently by the participant.
28. Modifications to Terms and Rules
Crest Futures reserves the right to update program parameters, platform integrations, and operational guidelines. Material updates will be communicated through our website, user dashboard, or email announcements.
The terms and rules active at the moment of account purchase govern that specific account tier, unless adjustments are required to comply with legal regulations, exchange standards, or technical stability requirements.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crest Futures and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
30. Governing Agreements
These Terms govern general platform usage. Specific programs, live funding allocations, or advanced stages may be governed by supplementary agreements (such as a Funded Trader Agreement). In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a signed program-specific agreement, the terms of the specific agreement shall prevail.
31. Formal Acceptance
By purchasing an account, logging into a dashboard, or using Crest Futures services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, along with all associated policies and risk disclosures.
Risk Disclosure Statement
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Crest Futures programs operate within simulated trading environments unless expressly noted otherwise. Virtual performance records do not represent actual market trading and do not guarantee future success, payouts, or transition to live company capital.
